- WhatsApp number
- Country and city
- Type of request
- Content of spiritual request
2. Data Usage
Your personal data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Process your spiritual request
- Transmit your request to our team or concerned partner parishes
- Communicate the response, revelations received or confirmation via WhatsApp
Your data is never sold, rented or transmitted to third parties for commercial or non-spiritual purposes.
3. Data Protection
All vision, prayer and parish circuit requests are encrypted in our database according to current security standards (AES-256). Only authorized Nishêêê team members have access to your data strictly within the framework of processing your request.
4. Data Retention
Your personal data is retained for a maximum period of twelve (12) months from the processing of your request, then permanently deleted.
5. Your Rights
In accordance with Law No. 2009-09 of May 22, 2009 on the protection of personal data in the Republic of Benin, you have the following rights:
- Right to access your data
- Right to rectify your data
- Right to erasure of your data
