By accessing the Nishêêê platform and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms of use without reservation. If you do not accept these conditions, we invite you not to use our services.

Description of Services

Nishêêê is a digital spiritual platform dedicated to the Celestial Church of Christ community worldwide. It offers the following services: Vision Requests (submit via online form, transmitted to our visionaries team, revelations communicated via WhatsApp), Prayer Requests (handled by Nishêêê team or transmitted to partner parishes, with various types available: Congregation, 7 people, 3 or 7 parishes, 7-day Fasting, 7 Visionaries), Parish Circuit (name transmitted to 7 partner parishes), Acapella Canticle Contest, Audio Library, Church Program Calendar and Testimony Wall.

Appropriate Use

By using the Nishêêê platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform respectfully and in accordance with the values of Celestial Christianity
• Not submit false vision, prayer or parish circuit requests
• Not submit offensive, defamatory content or content contrary to the values of the Celestial Church of Christ
• Provide a valid and active WhatsApp number to receive responses
• Respect the privacy of other platform users
• Not attempt to bypass platform security measures
• Not impersonate another faithful
• Not use the platform for commercial or non-spiritual purposes

Intellectual Property

Audio and video recordings submitted by Acapella contest participants remain the intellectual property of their authors. By submitting a recording on Nishêêê, the participant expressly authorizes the platform to: broadcast their recording on the platform during the contest, publish their video on TikTok and Facebook exclusively within the contest framework, and integrate the winner's recording into the audio library with their name mentioned. Nishêêê commits to never using these recordings for commercial purposes without the author's explicit consent. The participant guarantees being the author of their vocal recording.

Moderation

All content submitted on Nishêêê is subject to moderation before publication. The Nishêêê team reserves the right to: refuse any recording not complying with Acapella contest rules, delete any testimony deemed inappropriate or contrary to Celestial Christianity values, reject any offensive comment, refuse any incomplete or manifestly fraudulent request, and suspend access of any user abusing the services. Vision, prayer and parish circuit requests are never modified in their content and are transmitted as submitted in strict confidentiality.

Limitation of Liability

Nishêêê is a digital platform for receiving, transmitting and communicating spiritual matters. Visions, revelations, spiritual instructions and prayer confirmations communicated are exclusively spiritual and religious in nature. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial or psychological advice under any circumstances. Nishêêê does not guarantee permanent platform availability 24/7. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or in case of force majeure. Nishêêê cannot be held responsible for the content of revelations communicated, as these are spiritual in nature and fall under the sole responsibility of the visionaries and intercessors who received them.

Modifications to Terms

Nishêêê reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the nisheee.com platform. Users are advised to regularly check this page to stay informed of updates. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Nature of Spiritual Revelations

Nishêêê is a digital platform for spiritual transmission. Our role is strictly limited to receiving requests, transmitting them to our visionaries, intercessors and partner parishes, and communicating revelations and confirmations via WhatsApp. Nishêêê is neither a church, a spiritual ministry, nor a counseling office. Nishêêê does not perform any spiritual work and does not prescribe any. Revelations are transmitted for informational and spiritual purposes only. The requester is solely and entirely responsible for the decision to act or not act based on revelations received. They are free to choose the parish, spiritual leader and method of work execution. Nishêêê disclaims all responsibility regarding interpretation of revelations, decisions made, how work is executed or their results. Nishêêê encourages all requesters to consult competent spiritual authorities of their parish. By submitting a request, the requester acknowledges having read and understood this clause.
